OnlineAudioRecorder.com uses the open-source lamejs library for MP3 encoding, which is licensed under the LGPL. We also use Google Fonts and Cloudflare CDN. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Recordings exist entirely within your browser's memory. We do not guarantee that any audio file will be recorded, saved, or downloaded successfully. Recordings may be lost due to browser crashes, tab closures, device power loss, operating system interruptions, insufficient device memory, or any other technical failure outside our control. It is your sole responsibility to download and verify your recording promptly. We strongly recommend downloading a test recording before relying on this tool for important purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnlineAudioRecorder.com and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of any audio recording, whether partially or fully recorded
• Loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunity
• Damage to equipment or software resulting from use of this Service
• Any technical failure, browser incompatibility, or interruption of Service

This limitation applies regardless of the cause of action and even if OnlineAudioRecorder.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.
